Hei alle sammen.

Jeg tenkte å kanskje scrape sammen litt enkelt og greit til en kort D&D (3.5) kampanje.

Jeg tenkte å blande litt Dungeon crawl, litt freehand.

Dette tenkte jeg skulle bli lowpowered, mere focus på hva som skjer/kan skje/har skjedd.
Kamp blir IKKE lagt opp til å være supervanskelig, og det kommer sikkert ikke til å bli et veldig dypt plot heller..


Tar gjerne inn Nybegynnere, tenker det blir max 4 spillere, men jeg skal fundere litt på det..
Oppstart blir etter dugnaden, så spre gjerne ordet til Nye spillere der.



Players Handbook(PHB) only, 1gp til å kjøpe equipments, 1 starting outfit som vanlig.

Jeg har desverre liten tid selv til å spille, men har noen forslag til å håndtere low-powered D&D campaigns siden jeg har en annen GM som foretrekker low-power selv.


Core Only: Spells, classes, prestige classes, magic items, osv... kun Core (Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, og Monster Manual) er tillatt. Dette setter en fast grense for spillere og GM.

Random Class & Race Combination: Tatt i bruk i Aslaks En By I Lenker, spillere ruller terning for å bestemme rase og klasse. Dette kan fort føre til uvanlige kombinasjoner, og for spillere å lære nye ting.

Epic Six: Radikal variant av D&D 3.5 hvor level 6 er "Epic"-levelet. Karakterer slutter å level'e på level 6, og istedenfor får flere feats etterhvert som de avanserer. Dette lar spillet forbli på et visst level for enkelt spill og lett GMing.

Slow Experience-progression: Enten bruk EXP-tabellen i Pathfinder og velg "Slow progression" for å holde spillere på et lavt level lenge, eller halver mengden EXP på encounters.

Description:
Three feet tall, weighing just over thirty pounds. Straight and short, black unkept and greasy hair with uneven sideburns. His looks poor and dirty, but happy. Tanned skin. Smelly (alkohol and lack of hygiene). Wears a well used, and badly repaired peasants garb. Missing a few teeth due to poor lifestyle. A few skars and bruises here and there, and dirty nails.

Background: Melvin is thirty years of age, and got the family name, Razorweed, from his fathers side - a supposed skilled warrior in his younger days. Melvin grew up on a farm with no siblings or a mother. His father did not talk much about his past, but told Melvin that it sure didn’t do anyone any good traveling the world. This made Melvin curious about the outside world. His father made Melvin do a lot of manual labour at the farm, which made him strong(-ish). Long before reaching adulthood, Melvin got the taste of strong drinks, and often snuck into tall-folks wine cellar to drink their beverage. As he grew up, he was sick of being pushed around by humans, and often challenged them to drinking contests, athletics and dart throwing. His father entertained him with teaching him everything he new about fighting. After a brutal defeat in a brawling contest with a half-orc, Melvin started worshiping Kord, the god of strength and war, which further triggered his hunger and curiosity to explore more of the world. Melvin are often seen drifting off in his own mind, making him absent minded at best. Hopefully, one day, Melvin Razorweed will get the oppertunity to explore the world, taste a lot of beverage and be the champion of many challenges with tall-folks!

Angående classes så tenkte jeg at Core only var første utgangspunkt, feats er jeg ikke sikker på..

Når det kommer til Races så er det Core only, men jeg vil ikke ha Randomized Race og class.. de får velge såpass.

Tror neppe de kommer til å nå level 6 uansett.. tror dette vil ende på level 3-4.

Slow Experience-progression: kan være noe å tenke på ja. De skal ikke møte alt for mye monster eller farlige folk.


Kun Monster Manual kunne jeg aldri holdt meg til, men jeg skal nå være en engel og lage mystiske skapninger som ikke er veldig farlige! (:roll:/> )

Jeg tenker at karakterene får begynne med 1 gp, et standard outfit som vanlig, men kan ikke kjøpe våpen. (Selv ikke en 1gp Light Hammer, da dette er en hammer beregnet for krig)
Klubber og quarterstaff's er omtrent det man kan starte med.

Description: Just under three feet tall, this halfling weigh closer to forty pounds. Melvin is fat with thick neck and broad cheeks. Short, black and extremely greasy hair with sideburns. He looks poor and dirty, but happy. Fair skinned, broadbellied and lacking the usual nimbleness one find in a halfling. He sweats easily when moving around or working in the kitchen, leaving stains through his linen clothes. Wears a traveling garb with colours of the nature. His personal hygiene is questionable, but he tries to take care of himself and how he look. Often, one can find a few greasy marks on his clothes from eating or making food.

Background: Melvin is in his early twenties years of age, and got the name, Hot-Pot, from his family which have been running the village eatery for years. Melvin grew up with seven siblings, all of them working at the family eatery. He quickly became an excellent cook, and gained extraordinary talent for tasting customers food. Melvins caring parents loved his happy appetite, and told him he had got the blessing of Yondalla. Melvin had gained a insatiable hunger for food, especially the finer foodstuffs, and got pampered fat by his family. After reaching adulthood, Melvin started developing magical abilites after a series of strange dreams. His family was sure it was due to their sons blessing. Melvin was sure that culinary experience would lead him to new blessings, eventually leading him to ascend into to the divine. With his loving family’s support, Melvin Hot-Pot prepared for a life as a adventuring cook to set upon the world of culinary art, variety and heights to develop his magical potential!

Description: A few inches short of three feet, this nimble halfling weigh close to thirty pounds. Melvin is a skinny and frail urchin. Short, black and dirty hair. Usually he looks weak, poor, hungry and scared. Pale skinned and dirty from scavenging the village garbage, he has always been a weak halfling, both in mucle and will. His brown eyes are always darting back and forth, looking for potential threats like big-folks back-fists, boots, hungry rats and falling apples. Wears a tattered and dirty peasants garb. The halfling have lived through hard times, something that clearly have affected his appearance.

Background: Melvin grew up in a village as an orphan. He was always full of energy, and often too rowdy for the village to be liked. Some of the villagers felt sorry for him, and let him work on the farms and lokal taverns for food and lodging. Melvin was never very popular with the village children, and he quickly begun stealing their toys after they bullied him. He got a knack of hiding from the villagers, and often stole freshly baked goods placed in windows and vegetables from the farms. It didn’t take many years before he got nicknamed “Sticky-Fingres”. From time to time he was beaten by angry farmers and groups of children, and started prying on travelers and merchants who didn’t know him. Melvin often was always weak willed, and easily tricked as he strived to gain acceptance by anyone. He is curious about everything, and quite the patient little fellow. He is also easily scared, and quickly retreats into hiding if feeling threatened. Curious and scared, he is always looking for an opportunity to leave his village.

Jeg kan se at Dani er gira på å spille litt, det er bra!

Ser ut som at han er villig til å ta på seg rollen som Rogue, Sorcerer, eller fighter hittil, som gir andre spillere frie tøyler! Kjempebra!!


Det er fremdeles 2 plasser igjen her, og som sagt, det kommer til å bli en breeze, encounterene kommer til å bli Ganske lette combatwise, med kanskje en gåte eller plot twist her eller der.

Skal prøve å få litt interesse for dette på onsdag.

Description: Merry Melvin is around three feet in heightt. Melvin is exceptionally clumsy for a halfling, weighing between thirty and fourty pounds. Thirty-five years of age, with red cheeks, brown hair and eyes, he is always equipped with a winning smile. Melvin is dressed in a sett of peddlars outfit in earthly colours. With his gnarled quarterstaff in hand and broad sideburns at his side, he always welcome travelers.

Background: Melvin grew up with a family of hunters in the outskirt of a small town. Following in his parents footsteps, he quickly caught on to the profession as a hunter, setting out snares and such to catch small game. Unfortunately he was so clumsy that he always ruined the hunt when trying to catch bigger game with his family. Something he enjoyed much better was traveling to the bigger cities to sell hide and horns. Melvin enjoyed meeting new folk and visiting exciting new cities, often traveling for weeks to reach his destination. Somehow he always felt at home and safe on the road, as if something was watching over him. The road kept “calling” for him, and he started helping travelers in need. After a while, Melvin even saw it as his duty protected travelers and merchants against danger around the country. His prayers of protection along the road was answered by the god Fharlanghn, and Melvin use this divine power to aid him as a protector of travel. Recently he gave away most of his possessions to help a merchant family who fell victim to perils along the road, but still continue with a merry smile on his face.
